1. Agreement to website terms

These Terms of Service govern use of https://kaleshwara.digital, operated by KALESHWARA LTD of 12 Stonor Road, London, United Kingdom, W14 8RZ. They apply to visitors, including those who send a sequence request. They do not, by themselves, purchase computer systems design or related services. By using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You may still write by post to the London address.

2. The floor you are entering

The website presents a rehearsal-floor metaphor for a professional practice in computer systems design, custom programming, infrastructure coordination, data processing, hosting related support and related computer services. It is not a dance school, theatre, fitness brand, or software storefront. Content is for information about the practice. It is not a tender, not a public procurement portal, and not legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

You must not attack, overload, scrape in a way that disrupts, inject, or misuse the form. You must not send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content. You must not impersonate {CO}. You must not attempt to access non-public rooms of the host. You must not use the site to send special category data or other people's secrets without a basis.

6. Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate. Addresses, hours and legal pages may change. Nothing on the site is a warranty of a particular systems outcome. Portfolio maps are anonymised operational studies, not client endorsements.

7. Third-party services

The map embed and any future independent tool are not under our full control. Their terms apply to your interaction with them. We are not responsible for their independent processing beyond our duty to choose them with care when we embed them.

8. Liability for website use

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from mere browsing, from reliance on general descriptions, or from interruption of the site. We do not exclude liability that English law does not allow to be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain.

9. Linking

You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or suggest endorsement. You may not frame the site. We may withdraw linking permission.

If any part of these Terms of Service is unenforceable, the rest remains. A waiver must be written. We may assign the site to a successor of the practice. You may not assign your visitor status. Third parties have no enforcement rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These Terms of Service sit beside the Terms and Conditions. If you instruct paid work, the Terms and Conditions prevail on commercial points. If you only browse, these Terms of Service and the privacy marks are enough.
